Base + Commission Retail Furniture Sales: Managing customer relations to grow our brand in the rental market, producing revenue from showroom sales, coordinating and executing inbounding of new products. Inventory Management, Assembly and delivery skills are a huge bonus.

With a schedule of Thursday-Monday, 9:30 am-6 pm and comes with a "starting" base salary pay is 40k Annual + 6% commission on sales + week of summer commission for any new rental contracts. Our family-owned property management business has grown and flourished for almost 30 years, directly west of Portland, Oregon, on beautiful Seaside Beach. The current generation of owners is a husband and wife team who are currently raising two small children. Mark comes from an entrepreneurship manufacturing and sales background, with a love of science and psychology, and fulfills the CEO role. Summary Of The position:

The core focus of this job is to drive the ship on our showroom floor to meet new homeowners that might want to list their property with us and produce sales revenue from showroom products. We are seeking an individual who is willing to learn and adapt to an evolving system as the company continues to grow. The main goal of this position would be a face of the company on our showroom floor to create personal connections to our clients to expand our brand. General HR Requirements:

  • Schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday 9:30 am - 6 pm
  • We are a drug-free workplace ( We do Test!)
  • Must have established residence on North Coast or Transition Plan in place.
  • You will need a reliable car or truck to get to work / valid DL.
